I don't like being a Voice of Reason, because I am not at all reasonable. It just grates on my last remaining nerve.

It seems like this morning that two people are exhibiting a sad lack of the above list. Both of them are friends of mine-still. And a lot more friends are taking sides instead of just kicking ass-both asses.

Here's the paragraph where I was going to make a few helpful suggestions about what I thought should happen next but, nope, not gonna. Because hopefully soon I will have some information about the original situation that should clear things up a trifle and then I will use that and all that has occurred after it to write yet another blog stressing the importance of the above list. The one thing I will say about what has happened is if you require your friends to be absolutely perfectly what you think they are, not what they really are, then do what Melissa Douthit does- make them up.

It will be one of my better blogs and I will name names. My Nerve, poor abused nerve that it is, is making a list. Doesn't that just fill you all with hope for the Apocalypse breathtaking anticipation?
